The Concept
Mutual Holarchic Sovereignty (MHS) is the political and relational philosophy at the heart of EvoBioSys. It describes a world where sovereignty is not zero-sum — where the autonomy of one level (an individual, a community, a nation) does not diminish the autonomy of another, but reinforces it.
The word holarchic comes from holon (whole-part) and archic (governance). It means governance through nested wholes: each circle of belonging has its own authority, its own rhythm, its own purpose — while being part of larger circles that coordinate without commanding.
Mutual means this sovereignty is reciprocal. My sovereignty strengthens yours. Your flourishing enables mine. This is not libertarian isolation or communitarian absorption. It is the third way: autonomy through relationship.

Three Dimensions
MHS operates at every scale simultaneously. Each dimension is complete in itself.
Supporting each person to increase their sovereignty — the capacity to act from inner authority rather than external compulsion. This is the foundation. Without sovereign individuals, collectives become coercive.
Groups, communities, and organizations that govern themselves through consent rather than command. The EvoBioSys Collective, the SoFin Collective, Integrales Wien — each is a practice ground for this.
Multi-polar: starting with EUropa’s perspective. Not nationalism, not globalism — but the developmental core of European identity as one pole among many in a multipolar world. EU-sovereign technology, privacy-first infrastructure.
Connected Holons
MHS is not a standalone project — it is the operating philosophy that runs through every EvoBioSys holon.
Developmental education is sovereignty education. EvoPaideia and its sub-project Athena cultivate the inner capacities that make sovereignty possible — not as ideology, but as developmental attainment.
Financial sovereignty — not dependence on funds or institutions, but the capacity to resource oneself and one’s community. As SoFin puts it: “we still want people to know that they do not have to rely on the fund, to become more sovereign.”
Technological sovereignty — EU-sovereign, privacy-first, open-source infrastructure. kidur builds the tech foundation so that sovereignty is not just a value but a lived reality in every digital interaction.
The governance structure itself practices MHS: a federation of freelancers, fair and simple rates, transparency, degree of resonance and veto. Each member is sovereign; the collective is sovereign; both reinforce each other.
The Vision
The long-term expression of MHS is what Jakob calls Flourishing Fields — spaces (physical and digital) where sovereign individuals gather, co-create, and amplify each other’s gifts. Not utopian communities that withdraw from the world, but developmental hothouses that engage with it more fully.
The practice includes: EUropean affluent entrepreneurs with heart, clearing language, we-space practices, and the ongoing experiment of living mutual holarchic sovereignty in everyday relationships.
